KAMADO is what a traditional Japanese hearth is called.
The purpose of the kamado is to heat food and cook grains, but more than that it is a representation of the tools/wisdom of the Japanese agriculture age that helped support the creation of our modern civilization.
We, in turn, support expression, and thus are a type of KAMADO.

By expression, we mean the root “identity.”

Anyone can be expressive, as a means to find themselves or just to enjoy interacting through expressions, land, people.

Our mission is to help people to better feel the essence and value of not only modern means of expression like art but also the eras expressed through folk art, crafts, and manufactured goods.

Through our online web magazine platform, we at KAMADO hope to help our readers and society build new values for future eras by cultivating our cultural roots.

The supportive frame

Symbolic of the kamado (hearth), it is a simple and supportable form that anyone can draw = starting with a rhombus as the base, the roundness of the inner frame softens the logo giving the impression of a hand-crafted hearth. We emphasis our KAMADO concept through the usage of photography and other elements, to create a platform that helps support the future of culture and expression.

The flexibility of the design allows for it to adjust to any device. Supporting the expression of a wide variety of viewpoints fitting with our KAMADO image.
